Why I created this eBook

I have personal experience as the parent of an extremely fussy eater, who at one point was only really guaranteed to eat five foods, all of them beige! My breaking point came as I was picking parsley off a burning hot cheese pizza at a restaurant while my hangry 3-year-old had a meltdown because of “green stuff’. Something had to change.

The pizza episode sent us down a path of endless research and combining nutritional medicine, functional testing and occupational therapy to start making dramatic and lasting changes to my children’s health. Soon I was sharing the details with friends and their friends and it became clear to me just how many of us were struggling with kids that wouldn’t eat, couldn’t sleep and weren’t thriving. This eBook is everything I wish I knew then!

Meet Erin, a degree qualified Clinical Naturopath who is passionate about supporting the health of your entire family.

Becoming a mum changed my life. Of course, it changed in all the normal ways, but it was the experience of trying to manage my children's health issues that completely changed my path and lead to me completing my Bachelor of Health Science to become a naturopath.

As a parent I've dealt with everything from food intolerances to sensory issues, anxiety to fussy eating. The usual approaches weren't cutting it and I just knew there was more that could be done. With help from some amazing practitioners and a whole lot of mum research (a worried mother does better research than the FBI!) we found the answers in holistic healthcare. And these answers made a drastic difference - to our health and our lives.

I saw there was a massive gap in the support for children and their families looking to improve their health in a holistic way. And I knew that I could help.

And what about that fussy eater today? Well he’s now a 185cm teen who eats everything he can get his hands on! Except mushrooms, he still doesn’t like mushrooms. I’ll let him have that one.
